Our Story Begins in Norway, Our Quality Reaches Worldwide
The MKS Kablo Factory
The company founder, Mr. Şükrü Ertuğrul (Electrical Engineer), completed his engineering education at Telemark Ingeniørhøgskole (Porsgrunn, Norway) in 1981.
After working in Norway for several years, he returned to Turkey to lay the foundations of his dream cable factory.
Initially established as Meram Kablo Industry and now known as MKS Kablo, the company began cable production in 1987 with the manufacture of electrical cables.
When the next generation of the family joined the management team, the company started producing flat elevator cables for the elevator sector in the mid-1990s.
